If you're looking for an event near you this Christmas then have a look at some of the events, we're aware of, over Christmas. We'll update this page as and when we know about new events.

If you're a pub, hotel, cafe etc based in Wales and you're opening your doors to older people over Christmas, please let us know. Where we can, we'll add them to our list. This is part of our No one should have no one campaign.

We've been asked to help promote events across Wales which are aimed at older people. These are not Age Cymru events and we're promoting these in good faith.

St Fagan's Community Hall, Cardiff

If you’ll be alone on Christmas Day why not pop along to St Fagan’s Community Hall for company, a hot, traditional Christmas Lunch plus entertainment. Transport provided where needed.

The event starts at 11am where guests are picked up and taken to the hall, greeted with a non-alcoholic drink and entertainment. Lunch is served at 1pm. After lunch everyone sits around the TV to relax, have some Christmas cake and a cup of tea and watch the Queen's speech. Santa attends the event and gives each guest a Christmas present. The event finishes at 4 p.m.

If you book a meal on Christmas Day and are then not able to attend, the Hall will endeavour to deliver a meal. Anyone wishing to book a place should please ring Mary on 07849 741334.

When we're made aware of other events taking place across Wales for older people, we'll add them, where we can, to the list.
