The Respite Care Service is provided throughout Gwent.
You may need respite care for a number of reasons:
- your regular carer needs a break
- your family members are going on holiday
- you’re being discharged from hospital
- you need regular time out do other things
Respite can be provided in your home offering variable hours dependant on requirement.
The service can be delivered 24 hours, 7 days a week, throughout the year.
