Age Cymru Gwynedd a Môn’s ‘keeping in touch’ service

Over the Covid-19 period Age Cymru Gwynedd a Môn has been providing a keeping in touch telephone service for local older and/or vulnerable people who are isolated (including Veterans).

With many having benefitted from the service and fewer opportunities to see people out in the community, we are offering people the opportunity to hear a friendly voice at the other end of the phone.

We are providing regular phone calls, bi-lingual and confidential, to those who are isolated and would appreciate a chat; and we provide information, advice and assistance on issues including keeping the home safe and warm over winter from the organisation’s experts.

Call Aled Evans on 01286 685 921 or  to register your interest and a volunteer will be able to get back to you.

Call for new volunteers!
