Active ageing conference

The Age Cymru ‘Active ageing and five ways to wellbeing' conference is happening on 23 January.
It is taking place at the Village Hotel in Swansea.
We have a range of guest speakers lined up, including Dr Ruth Hussey, the Chief Medical Officer for Wales and Bob Laventure from the British Heart Foundation.
Dr. Myanna Duncan from the Working Late Team at New Dynamics of Ageing and Jo Corkett, UK Co-ordinator, European Year for Active Ageing and Solidarity between Generations, are also speaking.
