Age Cymru Awards 2012

Nominations for the Age Cymru Awards 2012 close on Monday 3 December.
We want to recognise those individuals who have worked with us over the last 12 months to make a real difference to the lives of older people.
Our Head of Marketing & Communications Meryl Randell-Jones says:
"Every year, Age Cymru is privileged to work with incredible volunteers and participants through a range of programmes from healthy ageing work to our arts festival.
"We want to celebrate the outstanding contributions that these people make to the lives of older people through Age Cymru."
Nominations for each of the awards will be open to those who have taken part in an Age Cymru programme in 2012.
The five categories are:
Gwanwyn Award;
My Home Life Cymru Award;
Active Ageing Award;
Campaigner of the Year Award;
Local Delivery Award;
