Be a super hero

Show your support for Age Cymru's Christmas campaign by changing your Facebook profile picture between 20 and 27 December.

This can be a very lonely time of year for older people and some may be faced with spending the festive period without their families, friends or loved ones - in fact 1 in 10 older people will be spending this Christmas Day alone. 

Age Cymru is asking you to show some festive spirit and become a local super hero by helping an older person over Christmas.

Remember that little things can make a huge difference and something as simple as getting out of the house to meet, eat and be with other people will have a lasting and positive effect on the lives of older people this Christmas and beyond.

You can help by checking in on your older neighbours and friends.

Change your Facebook profile picture for a week between 20 and 27 December to your favourite super hero.
