Ella rides away with Bobble Day poster prize

Happy Bobble Day to Ella Hadley from Barry who has just taken delivery of her prize - a brand spanking new bike.
Ella won won the Junior category of our Bobble Day poster competition.
The eight-year-old from Penarth is a pupil at Ysgol Gymraeg Pen-y-Garth in Penarth and she designed a poster as part of our Spread the Warmth campaign.
Ella said:
"Emma and Iwan from Age Cymru came to our school assembly.
"They said someone from Ysgol Gymraeg Pen-y-Garth had won a bike as part of the Bobble Day poster competition and we were all very excited.
"I couldn't believe it when Emma showed everyone the winning design and it turned out that I had won the bike.
"It was a very nice surprise."
The bike was donated to Age Cymru by Don Skene Cycles on Newport Road in Cardiff.

"Ella's design really stood out and it has appeared on posters across Wales to promote Bobble Day.
