FAW football ticket giveaway

Published on 12 October 2012 01:30 PM

Lucky South Wales pensioners are off to see Wales versus Scotland tonight for free.

They will be in their seats at the Cardiff City Stadium at 7.45 tonight to see the kick- off when Wales take on the Scots in a crucial World Cup qualifier.

They will also get to rub shoulders with some former international footballers from both Wales and Scotland as their special tickets will also gain them entry to the stadium's elite corporate hospitality suite.

Richard Nicholls, Age Cymru's Director of Income Resources explains:

"The FAW has donated the tickets and passes to Age Cymru so that we could give older people a wonderful night of international football and corporate hospitality that's usually the reserve of the rich and famous.

"This is a fantastic opportunity to see Wales play and to meet some famous faces from the past.

"Let's hope Chris Coleman's boys do the business and get Wales' World Cup hopes back on track - come on Wales!"
