Keep Well this Winter health tip 30 November

Each week this winter we're publishing a simple health tip to help older people in Wales keep warm, safe and well.

This week Joanne Bass, our Keep Well this Winter Coordinator explains the importance of getting all your vitamins:

"As well as having your winter flu vaccine, keeping warm and eating well can improve your resistance to winter colds and bugs.

"Increase your intake of Vitamin C foods to help build up your resistance to infection."
