Meet and Greet Day in Pontypridd

An opportunity for older people to spring into action
Age Cymru is hosting a Meet and Greet day at their Taff Street premises in Pontypridd on Friday 15 March between 10am and 2.30pm.
The charity's staff will be on hand to showcase the wide range of activities and services they offer including Nordic Walking, Tai Chi, and various arts and creativity projects to encourage as many older people as possible to spring into action as the days start to get longer.
There will also be lots of information and advice available to support older people in the area.
Age Cymru Enterprises' Zoe Newland said: "We love hosting these open days as it gives us a chance to speak to older people in an informal setting and really get to know what they need, and what inspires them. Hopefully, we can then match them up to some of the services we have to offer.
"Anyone is welcome to drop but it would be great if you could let me know beforehand so we can order enough refreshments!"
