We’re delighted to invite you to an event to be held at the Senedd from 12pm - 2pm on Thursday 4 October 2018.
The event will hear thoughts from Gwenda Thomas (former Minister) and Huw Irranca-Davies AM, Minister for Children, Older People and Social Care, on transforming social care and combatting isolation and loneliness in Wales. It will provide an opportunity to discuss the issues while reflecting on the significant contribution of Meirion Hughes, Age Cymru’s former Chair of Trustees to this agenda.
