Golden Thread Advocacy Programme

The Golden Thread Advocacy Programme was funded by Welsh Government for four years from 2016 – 2020 to run alongside and support the implementation of Part 10 (Advocacy) of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014. 

The programme has now ended, but Age Cymru’s commitment to advocacy in Wales continues through the HOPE project. Information on what the Golden Thread Advocacy Programme was about and the resources it produced can be found on this page.
