A Community Hub Service located at Century Court with Supported Housing

What is Century Court?

A Community Hub Service located at Century Court with supported housing consisting of flats for 44 residents over the age of 55, many of whom have previously been in residential care and likely to have significant care needs. A number of residents also have a learning disability. The London Borough of Hackney provides care services for the residents and Outward Housing provide housing related support.

Who does Century Court Support?

Age UK East London supports onsite residents as well as external residents with learning difficulties to lead normal and productive lives. This programme is much more than simply a social service, it is more importantly a community of people who are working together to achieve a common goal. This project will provide members with the opportunities to build long term relationships, build resilience through empowerment and co-production.
