An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Resource Administrator to provide administrative support to the HR team to deliver an exceptional service across Age UK East Sussex.
Supporting the People & Development Manager and HR Team, you will work in a busy customer-facing team with the responsibility for the co-ordination and admin of end-to-end recruitment and selection activity. In addition, you will provide day-to-day admin support relating to terms and conditions of employment, training and development, HR policies and procedures and employee relations matters as well as other administration duties. The ability to take notes at meetings would be desirable but not essential.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about working in the charity sector with the flexible ‘can-do’ attitude to effectively contribute to the team from day one.
This role may involve some county-wide travel to attend meetings.
