Chair Yoga- Get fit where you sit. 

Improve posture, mobility and flexibility with Chair Yoga. 

Lunched Wednesday 30th March, then every Wednesday at via Zoom. 

A unique friendly and fun class blending dance and yoga. Classes include yoga postures, dance and relaxation, seated or using the chair as a prop while standing. 

A perfect opportunity to explore the physical and mental benefits that Chair Yoga can bring. 

So come with an open mind and let's set the mind and body free both through yoga and dance.
