Community Connectors

Working in partnership with Wellbeing Exeter, Age UK Exeter and RAMMuseum, the Community Cultural Connectors are supporting Exeter residents aged 50 and over to improve their wellbeing, independence and confidence by connecting them to a range of activities, groups and like-minded people in their local community.

Working one-to-one with individuals, the Connectors help people explore what really matters to them - they may be looking to start a new hobby, want to revisit something they used to be involved in, or find new activities and venues around the city to visit. People can engage in connecting at whatever level they are able to participate, which could be based at home.
