Every year, throughout the year, thousands of people in Gloucestershire rely on our services to help them navigate later life and to remain living independently at home.

Our Springboard groups are a great place for older people to meet new people in a welcoming environment, to make friends, have fun and support each other through difficulties.

This year we helped more than 1000 older people regain their independence after a stay in hospital.

“I Joined the group at Churchdown Library and it’s such a lovely group. I have been out on the Forest of Dean Railway with everyone and we had an early Christmas Dinner together. We are planning trips out for next year and we hope to begin to talk to younger people in Churchdown too.”
