We’re also seeking new trustees to join our board and help us on our mission to make Gloucestershire the best county in the UK to grow older.

Due to the end of existing terms, we’re looking for a number of new trustees to join our Board. You’d be joining a small, but ambitious, Charity with aims to challenge negative stereotypes of aging, create positive age-friendly communities, help older people retain a sense of purpose, and offer help and support to older people and their families when they don’t know where to turn.

We’re looking for people who can share their wide range of skills and experiences and want to be involved in helping us make the biggest difference possible to the older people of Gloucestershire.

You’ll need to be able to commit to attending six board meetings a year, as well as the potential for some further working groups. In return we can offer training, a chance for someone who is maybe looking for their first board experience to get involved, and a supportive environment for anyone who wishes to join us.

If you are interested, or know anyone who could be, please download the documents below to find out more – including how to apply.
