Call the Help Team on 01452 422660. Lines are open Monday to Friday 10am - 3pm

The Help Team can provide support and guidance on a whole range of issues, such as how to get basic shopping delivered, getting prescriptions or accessing to social care.  The Team has extensive, up-to-date information from around the county and can link you to services operating in your local area.

We can also provide guidance on issues such as broken boilers, benefit claims, personal care, dental treatment, accessing your post office account and much more.  Our Team will take time to talk to you and will try to ensure information is as tailored as possible to your individual situation.

Remember your GP practice is still open and you should contact them if you are have any worries or concerns about your health.

Out of Hospital Service.

Our Out of Hospital Team continue to support older people recently discharged  from hospital who need guidance to stay well at home, through telephone welfare calls.
