We’ve created a short guide to help you enjoy life outside of your home, post-lockdown.
Now that COVID-19 lockdown restrictions in England are easing, many of us will be able to ‘get back out there.’
You can now socialise with friends and family indoors, in groups of up to six or two households. Hugging a loved one is now allowed. And many indoor venues (such as museums, libraries, and restaurants) are reopening.
Whilst many of us will be feeling excited and optimistic about these changes, it's important to recognise that after over a year of on-and-off lockdowns, it's going to be a big adjustment! It’s normal to feel a little bit worried about the changes, but there are steps you can take to help make the transition easier.
We worked with older people in Gloucestershire to produce this short and easy to use guide. It shares tips and includes useful advice that other local people have found beneficial.
You are welcome to download the poster for personal use and to print it off to share with your friends and community groups
