Groups and Activities

Social and interest groups
Meet new people or old friends at one of the social groups. From bingo, chess, board games and music appreciation there's lots to try. New faces are always welcome.

Online Activities
We had so much fun on Zoom during lockdown we decided to keep it going. You now have the choice to attend our activities at the centre or online.
Great for those days when getting out of the house is a challenge while keeping you connected to your friends at the centre.

We run a range of holistic classes throughout the week focusing on both the body and the mind.

Lunch Club
Our cafe is open again and you're invited for tea, coffee and a bite to eat. A great way to meet new people and enjoy a delicious hot meal. All freshly cooked at our centre on Greyhound Road.
Do ensure you call in advance to make a booking. Lunches are often busy but rest assured if you don't get a place we will make sure you get one next time.
