We've brought together information and advice for older LGBT+ people. If you're LGBT+, we can help you understand your rights and make sure they’re always respected.
The laws affecting LGBT+ people have changed, mainly in a positive way. This is part of a wider shift in views and attitudes. Unfortunately, prejudices do remain, but as an LGBT+ person, you have rights that are recognised by law.

Together with Fighting with Pride, Age UK's Advice Line is delivering Operation Sterling, a programme working to help older LGBT+ veterans in a range of areas – from claiming benefits to accessing social care.
