Dementia Action Week is a campaign close to our hearts!

This Dementia Action Week 2018 we can help you to understand and adapt to living with dementia. This year we’re trying to spread the message even further!

Our dementia advisors are joining the local Dementia Action Alliances to support Dementia Action Week 2018 across the counties - we’ll have dementia champions around the two counties at different events - be sure to look out for us!

Across the two counties, we run a range of services that help people to live with dementia, they include:

Dementia Advice Service – specialist advice from an advisor in your area
Equipment to live well with dementia - including home adaptations
Community Centres - Drybridge House, Hereford and the Droitwich Spa Meeting Centre
Support information
Local activities & groups
Dementia Awareness Training - for social care settings & a limited number of public sessions from Training Solutions
