Are you under 65 and living with dementia?
Our Young Onset Dementia Support Workers can help you with:
• Information & Advice - to help you explore your rights, entitlements, and access to other benefits.
• Group Activities - a range of activities to promote mental and physical wellbeing.
• One to One Activities - if you don't feel confident joining a group, but would still like support to access activities and pursue benefits, one of our lovely
support workers can visit you on a 1:1 basis.
Young Onset Dementia Groups
• Grovehill Community Centre, Henry Wells Square, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 6BJ (1st & 3rd Monday of the month, 2.15pm -3.45pm)
• Van Hage Garden Centre, Great Amwell, Ware, SG12 9RP (2nd Wednesday of each month, 11am-12.30pm)
• St Hugh and St John Church, Mobbsbury Way, Chells, Stevenage, SG2 0HL (1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month, 2pm - 3.30pm)
• Jackmans Community Association, Ivel Court, Letchworth SG6 2NL. (1st and 3rd Friday 10:30am - 12:00pm)
• YOD Zoom Groups, contact Herts Help & ask for YOD worker for details, 2nd & 4th Friday of each month 11am-12pm)
