We are looking to recruit Reception/Admin volunteers for our Information and Advice Team at our Head Office in Hayes.
The shifts are:
Tuesday am 9.30-1pm
Friday am 9.30-1pm
The role will be the first point of contact for our Head Office. You will be welcoming visitors and taking telephone calls transferring them to the right department or taking messages. Open incoming/frank outgoing post and assisting with mail outs to all our members and volunteers, scanning and inputting data on to our database and sending out letters and general office duties.
The successful application must be willing to answer the telephone, be computer literate and have a good standard of written and spoken English.
Training and support will be provided.
