The Chair Based Yoga Class is run in collaboration with Wealdstone Library.

Prabhu, our instructor, will be guide you through the Chair Based Yoga, focusing on gentle movement and breathing which helps promote good health. 

You and either by sitting on a chair or on the floor, whichever is comfortable for you. Come along to this new group and learn some gentle yoga you can use in your daily routine. 

Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat if you need one as these are not provided, and bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated. 

Have fun, make new friends and get involved in this new group.
