Age UK has some great advice for staying active in older age, whatever your level of activity now.

In addition, there's a wealth of opportunities and advice within Harrow to help you become and keep active in older age. 

Some are only for older people, but others welcome all adults. They are provided through leisure centres, resource centres, community centres and educational establishments, many of which cater for specific ethnic groups. Other activities in Harrow

Local libraries often run groups within their buildings and know of other local groups and societies. They also run a  home library service for those who are unable to go out due to disability, age or illness.

Many churches, mosques and temples have social clubs in their halls which are open to all.
