Office and Buildings Manager

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 pa (depending on experience)

Hours: 35 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

Location: Chapel Court, Hayes & other offices / home working

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and diligent individual to join a team responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of the busy HQ (and a number of other office spaces) across  Age UK Hillingdon, Harrow and Brent. This role reports directly to the Business Improvement Manager, working collaboratively with all areas of the business including Information and Advice, Community and Hospital teams to ensure the working environment is fit for purpose for staff, volunteers and visitors. The role will manage a small team of dedicated volunteers to provide a working hours reception service.
