Help at Home Assistant (Casual Contract)

Salary: £11.95 per hour (plus mileage)

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm – you state when and how often you want to work 

Location: Harrow and North of Hillingdon

Are you caring, reliable, practical and can go the extra mile for older people to remain independent in their own home?

The Help at Home service aims to support older people by helping with those tasks they may have difficulty doing themselves and thus enabling them to stay in their own home, maintain their independence and improve their wellbeing. This chargeable service offers our clients help with a variety of tasks, such as:

  • Cleaning
  • Shopping
  • Laundry and ironing
  • Helping to change beds
  • Companionship
  • Taking clients to appointments or social events
  • Preparing light meals
  • Helping with paperwork
  • Having a cup of tea and a chat

Please note we do not provide personal care

An enhanced DBS check with vulnerable adults will be carried out at our expense.
