Age UK Islington COVID-19 Wellbeing Support

We’d like to reassure you that Age UK Islington is here to support adults (16 yrs+) and unpaid carers through Islington Carers Hub. Our priority is your wellbeing, and our team are working hard to provide Islington residents with:

  • Age UK Islington Helpline – 020 7281 6018,, Mon to Fri, 9 – 5pm. 
  • Guidance & practical support – e.g. debt, housing issues, support for unpaid carers, support to stay active & engaged at home. 
  • Connections to emergency help – to access food and other vital supplies
  • Wellbeing calls - to check-in regularly with our clients most in need

In response to government guidance, we have had to make the very difficult decision to stop Age UK Islington social groups and activities and we are supporting clients by phone, rather than via face-to-face meetings, during this time. This means that our Contact Centre is not currently available for drop-ins.
