Carers are now eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine

The Department for Health and Social Care (DHSC) has now confirmed that unpaid carers in England can register for their COVID-19 vaccine online if they are the primary carer of someone who is clinically vulnerable.

If you've been receiving Carers Allowance or if you've notified your GP that you're a carer, you should automatically be notified about your vaccine by letter.

Otherwise, book via the national booking system: www.nhs.uk/covid-vaccination or call 119.

Age UK Islington guides

We have a comprehensive library of "know-how" guides which we use to support clients via our helpline and casework support, to do with all areas of Wellbeing  - including Money / Social / Home / Health / Safety / Work.  Please find a selection of our most referenced guides, directly relating to the Covid-19 situation.
