Location: Lancashire or Barrow, base to be agreed with successful applicant

Grade/Salary: £19,838 pro rata

Hours of Work: Flexible, 28-35 hours per week

This is a very exciting time to join us and to play an important role in contributing to delivery of our strategy for growth. The successful applicant will join a small, supportive team, committed to raising funds so that the charity can continue to provide essential, high quality, responsive services to the older people of Barrow, Lancashire, Blackpool and North Sefton.

We are seeking a creative, motivated and focused individual who is keen to develop their skills helping us to secure income from grants, trusts and tenders and through supporting our regular giving and legacy strategies.

This role would suit someone who enjoys variety in business development, enjoys working collaboratively and has empathy with the work of Age UK’s Lancashire and Barrow.

The nature of the post may require travel across the area. A full driving licence, appropriate insurance cover and use of a car are essential.
