Location: Lancashire - base to be agreed with successful applicant

Grade/Salary:      £26,539 - £29,520   depending on experience

Hours of Work:   Flexible, 35 hours per week

This is a very exciting time to join Age UK Lancashire and to play a key role in contributing to delivery of our three year strategy for growth. The successful applicant will join a small, supportive team, committed to raising funds so that the charity can continue to provide essential, high quality, responsive services to the older people of Lancashire, Blackpool and North Sefton.

We are seeking an individual who has a proven track record in developing high value relationships, identifying new supporters, sales, stewarding relationships, securing multi-year pledges and accessing networks of supporters.

This role would suit someone who has a natural ability to build rapport with potential donors, is exceptionally pro-active and self-motivated, enjoys working collaboratively and has empathy with the work of Age UK Lancashire, to grow the income of a charity that has a national name, but a very local identity and focus.

The nature of the post will require travel across the area.  A full driving licence, appropriate insurance cover and use of a car are essential.
