Grade/Salary:      SO1 £24893 FTE

Hours of Work:   28-35hrs  - to be negotiated    

Age UK Lancashire has a new and exciting opportunity for an Estates Manager.

We are a county-wide charity working with and for older people. We believe that later life should be valued and fulfilling. Through the services and support we provide, we aim to promote independence, enhance health and well-being and enable older people to access the information they need to make informed decisions about their lives. 

We are looking for a Manager to be responsible for all aspects of the day to day management of Age UK Lancashire buildings, premises and facilities including external services providers, landlords, leases and contractors.

You will work with the organisation’s external Health & Safety consultant to ensure all actions related to risk assessments are completed. 

You will manage and support the sourcing and contracting processes for all premises, equipment, consumables and services within AUKL.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well known and respected local charity where you will be able to influence the strategic development as well as day to day operations of our premises across the County.

The nature of this post will require travel across the area. A full driving licence, appropriate insurance cover and use of a car is essential.
