Join us and take on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge this summer.  Spaces limited so book now to avoid disappointment!

This event is being delivered by Three Peaks Challenge, who are responsible for the safe running of the event, on behalf of Age UK Lancashire.  Expert walking guides will be with you on the day to keep you safe and support you through the challenge.

Event day

On the day of the event all participants will need to make their own way to the start point (Ingleborough).  Here you will be met by a member of the event team along with the Mountain guides who will be walking with you to lead you around the route.  There are support vehicles on hand to provide refreshments at two stopping points (plus a safe means to retire from the walk if needed). You will be met at the two stopping points by a support vehicle who will offer you water top-ups, as keeping hydrated is really important.

The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge includes:

Ingleborough (723 metres)

Pen-y-Ghent (694 metres)

Whernside (736 metres)

Fundraising

We ask that you raise a minimum of £500 in sponsorship to take part in this event and please don’t forget to ask people if they can tick the box for Gift Aid if they are UK Taxpayers.  This enables us to claim another 25% from the Government.
