Age UK Lancashire is seeking to recruit 2 or more committed and enthusiastic people to further strengthen our Board of Trustees and help us achieve the next phase of our planned development.

The Trustees are responsible for the good governance and financial management of the Charity, and for ensuring that its core purpose of helping older people is carried out.

If you care about older people and have relevant experience at a strategic level, then we would love to hear from you.  We are looking for professional knowledge, experience and skills in one or more of the following areas:

* Finance, especially accountancy

* Business/commercial

* Retail

* Property/facilities management

* HR

* Governance

* Health and social care at strategic level

* Commissioning or fundraising

* IT

NB: This is a voluntary role and reasonable expenses will be paid.
