Room Hire

Harrison Room

Our Grade 2 listed building is located in the heart of Leeds City Centre. The building has flat access and disabled facilities and the room is on ground level. Our large meeting room is available to hire Monday-Saturday, 9.00am to 4.30pm. If you require the room outside of the times listed, or on a Sunday, we will do our best to help – please contact us with your requirements.

Rates

Monday to Saturday (9:00am - 12.30pm or 1.00pm - 4.30pm) - £110

Monday to Saturday (9:00am - 4.30pm) - £155

Please note that price includes tea, coffee and water throughout your meeting as well as use of all our equipment including, flipchart, screen and TV and use of our Wi-Fi.

All money raised from the hire of our meeting room is donated back to Age UK Leeds to help us support older people in Leeds.

Community Sky Hub

Our Arch café closed in December 2020 and in April 2022 we were very lucky to have the space fully refurbished into a Community Hub by Sky. Their generosity means the space has been fully transformed and offers a great space for all sorts of events from team builds, community events to Christmas parties and even Wedding celebrations!

The hub is on the ground floor and fully accessible and has a small outside area in the grounds of St John’s Church.

The space is available to hire every day of the week (rates as above) from 9:00am-11:00pm.

The Hub is fully licensed so we can operate a bar for your event or party if required (last orders 11pm). We can also offer a range of catering if required. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and we will be happy to help.

The furniture can be rearranged, removed or further added depending on the nature of your event. 

Sky Glass TV available and can be used to link to your laptop for presentations or to just watch the latest sporting event or movie on Sky!

We have a microphone and speakers available and flipchart if required. Please ask if there is anything else we can help with.

The Harrison Meeting Room and the Hub can be hired together for larger events – please contact us to discuss your requirements.
