Wellbeing Session- Back to Nature

Time / Location: 11 am-12 pm - Meet at the pay and display car park Abbey Park Road entrance at 11 am.   

(Weather & Covid restrictions permitting)

Please join us to enjoy a gentle stroll around the beautiful surroundings of Abbey Park. 
Come along and appreciate the flowers and enjoy a relaxing morning in the company of other carers. 
Enjoy refreshments at the cafe.

Time: 5 pm to 6 pm.

Guidance on all aspects of your caring role whether you are at the beginning of your caring journey or a long-term carer.
 A Carer Support Worker will be available to explain what a Carers Passport is and how to get one!
