Age UK Lincoln and Kesteven has an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong managerial, business development and marketing skills.

Become the Registered Care Services Manager and hold or be willing to work towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care

You will be responsible for the efficient running, growth and development of Age UK Lincoln & Kesteven’s Care Services and ensure continuity and high standards of care provided to people who use the services, whilst meeting the Essential Standards set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

With proven experience of service delivery you will grow and develop Care Services whilst leading, building and developing teams of carers and a team of office staff.

The ability to work on your own initiative and cope under pressure whilst managing conflicting demands is essential. Management experience within the voluntary or public sector is expected, as well as experience of joint working with statutory and voluntary organisations.

The successful applicant will possess a positive, proactive approach with a willingness to be hands on when necessary. A committed and flexible approach to work is required.

Full driving licence with access to own vehicle, with appropriate insurance for business purposes is a requirement.
