We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to support and assist in the efficient running of the Support Service Department within Age UK Lincoln & Kesteven.

 

The post holder will be required to work as part of a team in this busy department. As a team player you will be first point of contact for the department with a key role of communicating with our customers & staff and to record & action referrals.

 

Organisational skills are an essential attribute for this position to ensure a high quality of service delivery. The successful candidate will require the ability to work with an internal database and other programs including Microsoft Word and Excel.

 

Applicants are required to have a proactive approach, a willingness to learn and be flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of the service users. You will be required to positively promote all of Age UK Lincoln & Kesteven’s services.
