Our Keep Connected Service is here to help anyone over fifty living in East Lindsey, West Lindsey or North Lincolnshire who is at risk of social isolation or exclusion due to lack of digital resources. The service includes a number of projects, all designed to ensure that older people remain connected and have equal opportunity to access information and support.

How can you help me?

We can help you to get the information and support you need through:

☎️ Weekly well-being calls, with referrals to our other services where required
📰 Bi-monthly newsletters and seasonal gift packs delivered straight to your door
🚐 Community visits by our infobus
💻 Free loan of digital equipment, enabling you to 'try before you buy'
👩‍💻 Advice from our digital team, helping you to improve your skills and confidence

What is the infobus?

The Keep Connected infobus (kindly supported by Viking Link) is our Community Outreach Support Project. We make visits to locations across East Lindsey, West Lindsey and North Lincolnshire, supermarkets, community centres and local markets. It's your opportunity to meet us face-to-face for free information about our services, to find out more about volunteering opportunities and ask us for help with getting online and improving your digital skills.

We're often joined by other local service providers, including Lincolnshire Fire & Rescue, Lincolnshire Police and the Safer Neighbourhoods team and Carers First, ensuring that you have access to information about topics that are important to you.

How much does the service cost?

Our Keep Connected Service is completely free to our clients; however, we rely on donations and funding to keep the service running. If you would like to help older people to Keep Connected, you can do so by making a donation, fundraising or even shopping online through eBay store or in our high street shops.
