Aged over 50? Why not come and enjoy a fun-filled exercise session aimed to help with posture, balance and overall wellbeing.
What is Socialise and Exercise Club?
The club consists mainly of seated exercises that last around 30-40 minutes long. With the help from our fully trained and qualified volunteer, you will see an improvement in strength, balance and posture in no time.
It is also a chance to meet like minded people and enjoy a chat over a cup of tea and biscuits. You can also play some table top games such as scrabble, the choice is yours!
What can I expect at the session?
- Guidance from an experienced fitness coach
- Seated Exercise's with or without resistance bands
- Biscuits with tea or coffee
- To have fun and meet new people
Where is the club held?
Every Tuesday, 2.00pm- 4.00pm, at Madginford Hall, Egremont Road, Bearsted, ME15 8LH.
Is there a cost involved?
Each session costs £3.00.
You must be able to make your own way to the sessions.
No need to register, just turn up to Madginford Hall and join in the fun.
You will need to complete a brief fitness questionnaire at your first session, alternativley to save time you can download the questionaire here and take it with you.
