Our Positive Living Community Day Centres give a more active and stimulating experience to older people who need minimal support but want to enjoy later life.

This service is available in:
St Helens

As we get older, physical frailty may mean that we are no longer able to enjoy the social company and activity that we are used to. Our positive living community day centres in St Helens offer companionship, activities and general support during the day, with refreshments, lunch and transport also available. Everyone is encouraged to join in where possible and our essential and valued volunteers are always on hand to encourage and support if needed.

Available each weekday, our Positive Living Community Day Centres are suitable for older people (generally aged 55+). These groups provide an opportunity for people to enjoy fun-filled sessions in a warm and friendly atmosphere. They provide a great way to meet old friends and make new ones.
