Top quality hats donated to club members

Retailer Oliver Bonas has created a range of life-sized hats inspired by the little woolly hats that adorn innocent smoothies every year.  A selection of the hats have been kindly donated to people who come to our club at The Peartree Centre.

Getting older can lead to people feeling lonely and isolated and many of us worry about losing our health and becoming a burden on others.  But support and friendship are known to improve our health, and nothing beats meeting up with friends in a warm, welcoming environment to keep us feeling positive and valued.

Our lunch clubs are the perfect place for older people to meet up with friends and enjoy a bit of company.  Where people are not able to get out of the house easily we can arrange for a volunteer Befriender to visit them on a regular basis for a chat.

Every penny raised for Age UK Milton Keynes helps the charity keep older people feeling supported in a way that suits them.
