Location:   31 Billing Road, Northampton

Rate of pay:  £8.20 per hour (pay award pending)

15 hours per week:  five hours a day over three days, by negotiation

About the role

We are looking for someone with a calm telephone manner and the ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing, to lead our Toenail Cutting Service.  You will provide administrative support to our team of Toenail Cutters, taking referrals for the service, registering clients and entering their details on the database.  You will book initial appointments and keep records of further appointments as booked by ourToenail Cutters.

About you

You must have a good standard of general education, be computer literate and a competent user of Microsoft Word and Excel.   We need someone with the ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as alone and using their own initiative as the need arises.  You will be speaking to older people and their families so you should have empathy with people who may have difficulty hearing or feel nervous using the telephone.  This is an enjoyable job where you can make a difference by providing an efficient, caring service that improves people's daily lives and helps them stay independent.
