Accessible transport

Our minibuses provide safe, comfortable transport for older people.

Poor health, disability or frailty can mean that many older people are no longer able to drive and cannot use public transport.  Our wheelchair-accessible minibuses take people to our Day Centres and other activities in the county.  The daily charge of £14 is for a return journey.

All our drivers have received First Aid, Dementia Awareness, MiDAS and Manual Handling training.  They also enjoy meeting older people and ensuring that their passengers feel safe and well cared for.

We are advising clients to wear masks on the buses due to their close proximity to one another.

Please let us know if you or a relative do not need to be picked up on a particular day.  This will save unnecessary delays for the other passengers on the minibus.
