We'll look after you.

We are now requesting all clients to make payment for our regular services by direct debit.

Direct debit is our preferred method of payment as it allows us to collect payment for services from you on a regular basis. This means that you would no longer have to make an online payment, post a cheque or call to make payment over the phone. Making payment by direct debit avoids the risk of cheques getting lost in the post, payments being incorrectly allocated and delays in receiving your payment.

The Direct Debit Guarantee protects customers from payments taken in error. In the case of any incorrect or fraudulent payments, the payer is entitled to a full and immediate refund from their bank.

We can send to a direct debit mandate form for you to fill in, sign and return to us at The William and Patricia Venton Centre, York Road, Northampton NN1 5QJ. To ensure that we can link it to your account, please write your account reference or full name on the top of the form. Your account reference can be located on the top right-hand side of your invoice. Once received we will send a confirmation letter advising the amount and date of the first payment to be collected from your account.

We will still send you invoices as normal so you can check what you have been charged.  We will collect payment for the total of your invoices a minimum of two weeks later, on or around the 1st of the month. You will only ever pay the exact amount due for services you have received.

Direct debit is the simplest, safest, and most convenient way to make regular payments for a service provided to you. It is an instruction from you to your bank which authorises us, Age UK Northamptonshire, to collect payments from your account when they are due.

If you have any queries regarding this, please call us on 01604 611201.
