Your local leisure centre can help you keep fit and healthy in later life.

Older people have access to a range of concessions at council managed leisure centres throughout Northern Ireland.

To find out more about the activities & discounts available to older people at a leisure centre near you, contact your local council office for more information. You can also request a timetable of classes and activities.

Your local health trust will also have information on activities e.g. walking groups in your area.

If you are older and have recently acquired a disability, Disability Sports NI will be able to advise you on getting and keeping active.
