The Age NI Board of Trustees has announced the appointment of Linda Robinson as Chief Executive of the organisation.

Age NI’s vision is to create a world in which older people flourish and its mission is to improve the lives of older people. Each year, the charity supports over 30,000 older people directly and another 120,000 indirectly through a range of services including advice, care, policy and influencing, plus support to the wider age network.

Speaking on the appointment, Eileen Mullan, Chair of Age NI, stated,

‘The Age NI Board of Trustees is delighted to welcome Linda as its Chief Executive. With over 25 years experience delivering best practice services for older people, Linda has exceptional knowledge and understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing our ageing population. Linda’s role will be to lead the next phase in the evolution of the charity’s services, influencing, and commercial activities to enable more people to love later life.’
