Northern Visions and Open Arts are planning a new project Sensorama exploring the role of science and technology in the lives of people with disabilities.

Part of the project involves an installation, which will be exhibited at the Ulster Museum in June 2013.

We are appealing to the public to donate any unwanted/defunct technology specifically designed for people with disabilities for the installation. This could include sight or hearing aids, phones, alarms, walking sticks, supports, wheelchairs, rollators, stair lift, hoists, computer products. We are open to all suggestions, large or small.

People with disabilities will work with a visual artist to re-vision the materials gathered through various arts processes to complete the final installation.

If you can help please phone either Tristan at Northern Visions 028 9024 5495 ext 209 or Kate at Open Arts 028 9024 0765 or you can also email
